[First] Restraining Order, filed by Raymond Knutsen

“I believe that Karen Cegalis and her boyfriend Wayne Harubin pose an immediate threat to the safety of my son, Leif Cegalis.”
[Second] Restraining Order, filed by Raymond and Marilynn Knutsen

"Karen Cegalis and her boyfriend hold my son down on the floor with his pants pulled down and forceably (sic) spread his buttocks open and insert a “tail” into his rectum. This has been going on for over a year. If he does not do what they say they put him in a time out. This consists of holding him down tying him up, putting him on a desk with duck (sic) tape over his mouth. They also take pictures of this. This boyfriend is a 55 year old, unmarried man that works in a day care center in Ontario Canada and travels 4 hours down and back each (illegible) to do this. He has a studio in his fan, and plays dress up with my son each (illegible)...

Raymond Knutsen’s first Deposition

UNDER OATH, Raymond Knutsen repeated and expanded on grotesque allegations that had no basis in evidence. His testimony mixed invented abuse scenarios with personal attacks on my character and family. These claims were not rooted in fact. They were deliberately constructed to distort who I was, while reinforcing the false narrative already being advanced.

Marilynn Knutsen’s First Deposition

Marilynn Knutsen, WHILE UNDER OATH, delivered some of the most grotesque and implausible accusations that were recorded in my case. She described costumes, tails, duct tape, and surreal tea parties where I supposedly tied up my own son. These claims were not mistakes. They were deliberate, made up stories crafted to shock, smear, and justify the severance already in motion. Though evidence consistently failed to support her stories, the system rewarded them with credibility. This timeline documents those bizarre allegations word for word, exposing how the unbelievable was weaponized against me.

They Demanded a Polygraph, I Offered fMRI

The Knutsens' lawyer tried to push me into a polygraph, a machine with barely sixty percent accuracy that measures stress, not truth. I was under enormous stress from their FICTITIOUS and disturbing pornographic accusations, and they were likely banking on that. So, instead I secured a free offer for an fMRI, a scientific test with accuracy around ninety percent that measures brain activity directly. They refused it. (Of course they did.) Their lawyer invented a four thousand dollar price tag and claimed unfamiliarity, but the excuses were noise. IT WAS FREE, and how many paralegals are on staff to do legal research for his 'unfamililarity'? The stronger test scared them, because the accusations that drove this effort are now proven to have been MADE UP by Ray and Marilynn Knutsen.
